Hi, I am Ann Puleo, GeoConstructors, Inc. Safety Manager.

We at GeoConstructors maintain an atmosphere which encourages employees to be proactive and innovative in responding to potential workplace hazards, and where reporting of hazards is never discourage and discriminated against. Management’s commitment to safety through preplanning and construction sites visits, ensures the implementation of safety policies and procedures.

Our goal is to engineer the safest way to do each task, creating Site Specific Safety Plans, JSA, AHA and address any safety concerns on construction sites and workplace offices. Together we are responsible for reporting near misses, workplace injuries, investigate root cause, and working with insurance for proper medical care and compensation for any injured employee.

Training is a critical component of a safe workplace and we provide free training programs on safety measures in the workplace. Sessions provide basic skills i.e.: new hire orientation, first aid, CPR, OSHA 10 and 30, flagging, fall protection and prevention of workplace accidents.
